    Bird Pattern

Competition entry for the FormRum 2019 contest.

The brief was to create a 500x700mm wrapping paper based on the theme “negative space” where you let unprinted areas base the design. Restrictions included choosing one printing color from the Pantone Plus Series and printing on colored Colorit paper.

My design won an honorary award and was exhibited at Rum för Papper in Gothenburg. The pattern shifts depending on which way you view it.

  • MOMO

    MOMO

Created 2018 at Fridhems Folkhögskola for the theatre play “MOMO eller Kampen om Tiden”.

Momo, also known as The Grey Gentlemen or The Men in Grey, is a fantasy novel by Michael Ende, published in 1973, about the concept of time and how it’s used by humans in modern societies.

The title in German translates to“the strange story of the time-thieves and the child who brought the stolen time back to the people.” I find it explains the play pretty well.

The poster depicts Momo in a collage, and one of the Time-Thieves shrouded in smoke. Typography based on the color of the moon on a bright night.

Tri-fold theatre brochure showing the Time-Thieves in a new light and plays further with the layout of the logo.

The inlay of the tri-fold plays further with the logo and provides information about the play. The right-most fold gives thanks to the participants and sponsors.
